Yoga Therapy
Sessions are held on Thursdays ONLINE (via Zoom), depending upon availability.
Yoga therapy is a self-care approach to wellness, guided and supported by a yoga therapist. Yoga therapy can employ techniques such as physical yoga postures, mindful movement, breathing and relaxation practices, meditation, and guided imagery.
Yoga therapy is intended to support your self-empowerment and is a process of active collaboration between you and your therapist. The scope of yoga therapy is broad and, depending on your personal priorities, can be adapted to support your physical, mental, or emotional wellbeing. While we will work together to support your needs and aims, it is your responsibility to consult your GP or healthcare provider, before your session, about the suitability of yoga therapy in relation to your own personal health issues.
